Leicht Scottsdale | Senior Interior Designer

LEICHT Scottsdale is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Designer to join our award-winning team. As Arizona’s leader in luxury German cabinetry, we’re looking for a design professional who can confidently manage high-end kitchen and bath projects from concept through completion—while embodying our mission and core values every day.

As a Senior Designer, you’ll take projects from start to finish — leading client meetings, taking precise measurements on-site, walking jobs with architects, builders, and installers, and ensuring every design detail comes to life exactly as envisioned. Upon completion, you’ll meet with clients to review the finished project, create any necessary punch lists, and make sure the result reflects true craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client design meetings from initial consultation to final presentation with professionalism and confidence.
• Design custom kitchen and bath layouts using the LEICHT product line (metric system).
• Review architectural plans; convert field measurements to metric for design and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Learn and use proprietary LEICHT design software to produce precise drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Stay current on interior design trends and materials; translate them into innovative, functional, and buildable designs.
• Prepare complete specification packages, elevations, and installation documents that ensure flawless project delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in kitchen & bath design (luxury/high-end experience strongly preferred).
• Strong grasp of interior design principles, space planning, and cabinet system logic.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, metric-based design systems.
• Ability to quickly learn LEICHT’s proprietary software and standards.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Portfolio demonstrating refined aesthetics and technical precision.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
