Interior Talent | Interior Designer

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic designer for our client who is ready to take ownership of projects from concept through completion, creating not just stunning spaces, but an exceptional client experience every step of the way.

As part of our client's transparent, progressive, and tight-knit team, you’ll bring ideas to life, managing everything from concept development and schematic design to client communication and project management. Responsibilities:

· Work independently with guidance from Principal Designer to develop design intent and material selections.

· Prepare and produce high-level design presentations.

· Develop plans, elevations, and renderings that illustrate the design intent and use of materials.

· Create detailed proposals that maximize the client’s budget and timeline while ensuring profitability.

· Use AutoCAD to create detailed working drawing sets of floor plans, elevations, and space planning.

· Lead client installations and work closely with our operations team on the advanced planning and logistics leading up to the installation to create a “wow” experience for clients.

· Monitor progress and attend job site reviews during construction.

· Lead meetings and presentations with client and industry partners.

· Maintain vendor relationships, request quotes and estimates, and ensure quality standards.

· Develop and manage client, builder, and architect relationships that foster trust and referrals.

· Take initiative, solve problems, collaborate, and proactively communicate with clients, the design team, and the operations team to ensure every project is a success.

· 4-5 weeks per year travel required.

Qualifications:

· Degree from an accredited interior design program

· 5+ years of interior design experience in commercial/hospitality design, residential experience a plus

· Advanced working knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office

· Strong written communication skills

· Experienced in leading client presentations, both in person and via Zoom

· Advanced aesthetic and technical design capabilities with fierce attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills, high follow-through, and deadline-driven

Are you a strategic, detail-driven project manager leader who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment? We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our client's transparent, progressive, and welcoming team—someone who loves turning complex challenges into seamless, successful projects.

As a key member of their tight-knit, creative team, you’ll oversee multiple projects from concept to installation, ensuring every detail aligns with design intent, stays on budget, and delivers an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a portfolio of 20-25 interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring successful delivery across all phases—including scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, logistics, installations, and vendor coordination.

· Define and maintain clear project scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

· Ensure accountability across all stakeholders—holding both the design team and client to deadlines and key milestones.

· Partner closely with the design team and purchasing coordinator to address client concerns, resolve product issues, and maintain project momentum.

· Deliver an exceptional client experience by serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle—building lasting relationships and ensuring every detail is considered.

· Provide proactive and consistent communication to clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership, keeping all parties aligned on status, timelines, and next steps.

· Generate project reports, including monthly profit projections, budget reconciliation, and insights for improving efficiency and profitability.

· Identify and implement improvements to internal project processes and workflows to continually elevate client service and team performance.

· Oversee and coordinate smooth, on-time installations with clients and vendors.

· Manage project tools including Monday.com, OneDrive, and Excel to maintain accurate records of ordering, invoicing, proposals, and timelines.

· Lead internal weekly traffic and installation meetings to ensure team alignment and accountability.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 7 years of project management experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field; overall 10+ years in the industry

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines

· Experience managing client accounts, developing strong relationships, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

· Experienced in project coordination for new construction, renovations, and FF&E implementation from concept through installation

· Skilled at holding internal teams and external partners accountable to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets

· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

· Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
