A good Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and implementing effective systems that support seamless day-to-day functions. Responsibilities:
- Improve operational procedures
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance
- Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor and supplier management system
- Organize and maintain internal digital files
- Maintain accurate finances
- Monitor expenses and budget in line with the accounts department
- Prepare client budgets and product specification sheets for accurate pricing
- Submit all invoices and receipts to bookkeeper
- Manage merchandise procurement post sale
- Prepare vendor purchase orders and track orders
- Inspect merchandise and schedule deliveries
- Update and maintain vendor price sheets and online log in information
- Increase client communication
- Prepare weekly updates to clients on project status
- Send birthday and anniversary cards
- Assist in company newsletter
- New project onboarding
- Set up client portal for new clients
- Send out Welcome Packet
- Schedule meetings as needed

Studio MINE | Interior Designer
Job Description:
Studio MINE is seeking talented and passionate Interior Designers in Arizona to join the Studio MINE Connect program to lead design from inspiration to installation for our builder partners. These are contract positions for contract work available rather immediately. We specialize in creating dynamic, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces that reflect our clients' unique visions and lifestyles nationwide. The ideal candidates will bring creativity, technical expertise of whole house design, and a collaborative spirit to help us design interiors for top Home Builders across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with builder partners to align on vision, determine project goals, budgets, and design preferences.
- Develop and present conceptual designs, mood boards, and detailed plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Provide a comprehensive design proposal, including mood boards with Studio MINE product selections, wall elevations where product scale is a key consideration, a space plan showing the furniture layout, and a separate plan illustrating the placement of artwork, mirrors and accent walls.
- Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with project vision and sustainability goals for builder approvals through Studio MINE.
- Work closely with our partner builders, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and project timelines.
- Select a warehouse and installation team that complies with Studio MINE’s Warehouse and Installation Guidelines.
- Manage the installation and merchandising process, direct the installation team, and ensure the model home aligns with the approved space plans and mood boards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- Experience with whole house merchandising
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. • Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines
