Description
Join us for an interactive wellness experience designed specifically for the design community. This session will explore the science of stress through relatable, interior design–inspired analogies, helping you better understand how stress impacts both the mind and body. Learn how to complete the stress cycle to support mental clarity, creativity, and overall well-being. We will practice two powerful, accessible techniques for stress release-one breathwork exercise, one somatic yoga movement that can be done anytime, anywhere.
