Join ASID Arizona North for an interactive wellness experience designed specifically for the design community. We will begin the evening with a sound bath from Shana Pena of The Healing Collectiva. Our speaker, Liz Adriano of Ascendify Wellness will focus this session will explore the science of stress through relatable, interior design–inspired analogies, helping you better understand how stress impacts both the mind and body. Attendees will learn how to complete the stress cycle to support mental clarity, creativity, and overall well-being, and will practice two powerful, accessible techniques for stress release—one breathwork exercise and one somatic yoga movement that can be done anytime, anywhere.
