Brain Works in the Workplace: Decoding Neurodiversity - Presented by BIFMA & ASID

Description

Creating a workplace where neurodivergent individuals thrive begins with empathy, thoughtful design, and policies that reflect a commitment to inclusion at every level. In this dynamic panel discussion, subject matter experts draw upon their unique experience and research in interior design, trauma-informed design, and personal encounters as a neurodivergent individual, to share their depth of knowledge and best practices for designing neuroinclusive environments and supporting a neurodivergent workforce.

You will gain insight into how creating a neuroinclusive environment celebrates various ways of thinking. You will be invited to enhance the value of corporate culture by participating in the rapidly evolving body of knowledge in this field.
